Payment Terms

• 25% advance payment of total booking amount at a time of confirmation.
• Rest 25% advance payment 180 days prior to arrival dates that is 50% of total booking amount.
• Rest Balance 50% advance payment 3 days prior to function dates that is 100% of total booking amount

• Child Between 7-12 years will be charged INR 10,000/- per child for 02 nights.
• Child above 13 years/Extra Adult count as a adult and charged INR 12,000/- Per Person for 02 Nights

Terms & Conditions

• Government Taxes will be applicable 18% extra on total billing.
• Minimum guaranteed person will be charged if the guest will turn up less than the minimum guaranteed.
• Food shall be prepared only for 110% of the number of the guests guaranteed. Should the number of persons exceed 10% of the guaranteed number, the hotel would be unable to ensure consistency in the quality of food and service.
• Peace and quiet has to be maintained at all times so that there is no disturbance to other guests.
• The hotel would not be responsible for the loss of any valuables. It is advised that you use the safe in the room / the lockers available with front office.
• Any damage/loss to the property would have to be borne by the hosts and settled prior to departure / at the end of the function.
• Hotel would provide for up to 5 KVA of electricity per hall. In case your requirement is likely to exceed the same, we suggest you to arrange for your own generator.
• Pan card copy of the organisation / host is mandatory for any cash transaction/billing of Rs.50,000/- & above
• Above mentioned rates are only for the particular dates, It cannot be applied for any other date or events.
• Eatable & drinkable items not allowed in swimming pool area.
• Government issues Photo ID is required to check in at the hotel.
• All extras or incidental charges eg. telephone, taxi, internet, food, will be charged at the time of check-out.
• All Credit card payments incur a surcharge (Visa & Master 2%, Amex 2.5 %).
• Hotel / Resort has the right to change their policies without prior information.
• Liquor license is mandatory & will be charged Rs. 14000/- Per Day.
• PPL (Public Performance License) will be charged Rs. 20000/- Per Day.
• Cocktail will be charged extra as per choice.
• Jungle Safari @Rs. 9,000/- Per Safari for Maximum 06 Person.
• Drivers Food @Rs. 1,500/- Per Driver including all 3 meals.
