Terms & Conditions
- Government Taxes will be applicable 18% extra on total billing.
- Minimum guaranteed person will be charged if the guest will turn up less than the minimum guaranteed.
- Food shall be prepared only for 110% of the number of the guests guaranteed. Should the number of persons exceed 10% of the guaranteed number, the hotel would be unable to ensure consistency in the quality of food and service.
- Peace and quiet has to be maintained at all times so that there is no disturbance to other guests.
- The hotel would not be responsible for the loss of any valuables. It is advised that you use the safe in the room / the lockers available with front office.
- Any damage/loss to the property would have to be borne by the hosts and settled prior to departure / at the end of the function.
- Hotel would provide for up to 5 KVA of electricity per hall. In case your requirement is likely to exceed the same, we suggest you to arrange for your own generator.
- Pan card copy of the organisation / host is mandatory for any cash transaction/billing of Rs.50,000/- & above
- Above mentioned rates are only for the particular dates, It cannot be applied for any other date or events.
- Eatable & drinkable items not allowed in swimming pool area.
- Government issues Photo ID is required to check in at the hotel.
- All extras or incidental charges eg. telephone, taxi, internet, food, will be charged at the time of check-out.
- All Credit card payments incur a surcharge (Visa & Master 2%, Amex 2.5 %).
- Hotel / Resort has the right to change their policies without prior information.
